My gift from last year, an exact replica of the famous Leg Lamp from the movie "A Christmas Story", is up and shining brightly in our living room window. It was a hit last year, especially with neighbor Chuck, who said it actually added some "class" to the neighborhood.
Wait until he see's what's going up tomorrow on our front lawn. Did you know that they have 8 foot tall, inflatable leg lamps, with lights and everything on the internet? Got one this fall and it's going up outside tomorrow on the front lawn. Then we'll let out all our (my daughters) dogs and let them bark like crazy and it'll be just like the Bumpus's dogs in the movie.
I love this time of year. You should see the people that drive by on this dead-end street just to see what "old Bob" has put up this year for decorations. |

So, if I can't see gbguy's pics [which I can't without hitting the "quote" button and then pasting each url into a separate browser window] does that mean that they didn't happen? And that vikesrule and wpr are arguing about how to interpret a non-picture about a non-event? And that I'm now commenting on an argument about a non-interpretation of a non-picture about a non-event? |
