What is this.. good news on the injury front. I can't be sure.. I am still numb from the continued hits. ;)

Well that bodes well for one end next season.

Bulaga says extent of hip injury has been exaggerated

Green Bay - Speaking for the first time since injuring his left hip against the Arizona Cardinals, right tackle Bryan Bulaga said that media reports regarding his injury have been inaccurate.

Bulaga said that he did not suffer a dislocated hip, as many people speculated at the time, and that the hip did not have to be moved back into place.

Bulaga said he suffered a small fracture in the hip capsule where the femur rests and that the prognosis for recovery is excellent. He said he visited a specialist in Tennessee on Tuesday and that the fracture is healing well.

He said he wanted to keep playing this season, but was advised it was best not to come back. He said he was told the injury will heal on its own and that the doctors fully expect him to be ready by training camp.

For the first five weeks, Bulaga was not able to put any weight on his hip and had to walk with crutches. But he has since ditched the crutches and is walking on his own.

"I'm not sure where that came from," Bulaga said of the dislocation reports. "It's definitely not that, or the Bo Jackson injury that everyone was talking about. It was around so much my parents were asking if that's what it was.

Yeah, really.

I'm beginning to feel like the NFL is a bunch of soccer teams.
