We're gonna have to keep Kuhn back a lot to protect

. The Lions have the capability of scoring. Not saying they'll score. I'm saying they CAN score. Big difference.
That team is pure talent. It's got enough talent to be a top 10 NFL team. But they have serious morale problems and their coaches smoke crack.
We'll beat them as long as we don't look past them.

needs to drill this into the players. Protect

. Have Dom figure out some ways to put Stafford on his back. Be careful about Calvin Johnson as he's back. The first half of the year, he couldn't get TDs. Now he's getting them again.
Be warned Packers - do not overlook this team.
I don't mind it if

stays in to help block. He can be an effective blocker and he is effective on the check down afterwards.
I will take 8-10 yards a pop.

The question is, will Aaron?

You guys are overlooking their TEs.
Brandon Pettigrew, Tony Scheffler, and Will Heller don't exactly suck.
And it's not like the Packers have been locking down the middle of the field.
That said, anybody know if Clay's back? We need some pass rush.
Matthews, Nelson, Woodson, Wilson and Starks are all listed as out.
And I totally agree with you about the overlooking the other guys. I keep hearing about their #2 and #3 WRs being out... well guess what... 4 of their top 5 receivers (not WRs but just Rs) are still in the game.
In other words, forget the other WRs... cover their top WR, TE and back-up RB... they're the top 3 receivers and they've done very well. As well as their back-up TE.
Also their OTs and DBs are banged up.. so maybe they should be attacked to see if they can stay up to the pressure... though they do have a very good back-up OT and we're with out Matthews, Wilson and Neal...
Come on Worthy, Raji, Danials, Moses and Walden... get some pressure!

Agreed.
This team has 1: strong DL group, and 2: Calvin Johnson.
This game will hinge on whether Aaron gets the ball out in under 8 seconds.
If he does, we win.

He better. Aaron's been sacked too many times. I fear Aaron being a Steve Young. He has a similar mindset.

Good comparison. Steve was so explosive but could also be shut down if I never had a lot of time to hit his big plays. Even in the sb year he got sacked a lot early on

offenses benefit in the snow. The receivers know when they are going to make their cuts the defenders have to wait and react so they are more inclined to slip. DL doesn't get the same push as they normally would.

Slight nod to the Lions then I guess, even though they are a dome team.

GB is a "dome team" too. They have almost all of their practices inside these days. They only come out on gameday. Opening the doors and letting a breeze blow through apparently doesn't help. They have lost too many games to dome & southern teams using that tactic.

Snow...Lambeau Field...Sunday Night
NBC is gonna love this!
Could be Ryan Grant may play a larger part in the offense than first thought.
He's a mudder, could get messy, don't know how Alex Green is in bad weather, here's hopin' he's got that grinders gene in him as well.
This one could be ugly, ball control, field position, turnovers will be the key to victory tonight.

Yup. And his career was cut short by a nasty hit. That's what I'm fearing about

. We better get that kid a better OL.

Wanna see something frightening? This is our OL depth chart.
Quote:Left Offensive Tackle Marshall Newhouse Don Barclay
Left Offensive Guard Evan Dietrich-Smith Greg Van Roten
Center Jeff Saturday
Right Offensive Guard Josh Sitton
Right Offensive Tackle T.J. Lang
Note the irony in the phrase depth chart.
So if there's a biggest concern going into this game, this is it.

Ryan Grant time. He was always good in the snow. Anyone remember the playoff game where he ran 200+ yards, despite fumbling twice?
I hope Ryan Grant still has it.

Yes sir, that's the last game I was at. After those fumbles, I was thinking I was bad luck and was ready to leave the bowl and watch the game under the bleachers. I also posted pictures of the game on this very website here.

Ted's drafted OL in the first round, two years in a row.
We got guys in the pipeline.
Meanwhile if Arodge goes down to a nasty hit, he will have only himself to blame, for holding onto the ball for 8 seconds.
Get the ball OUT. All the Loins have is that DL, and it's tough. So get the ball OUT.
Meanwhile the Queens helped us out today, and it looks like the Saints are showing up against the Giants.
