I think the Packers ask more and get more out of their young players than about any other team. Especially when you consider that the Packers are a good team.

I could see this many young guys playing on a team rebuilding but the Pack does this year in year out.

Having said that the key is obviously to get Mathews, Woodson, Nelson, and Lang back and the team healthy for the playoffs. They are the money guys that come thru in the big games and have the experience the post season requires.

I'm liking the way it's looking. They have a little running game now, Mathews and Woodson combined are the Arods of the defense that makes that go, and, when Nelson gets back we may just have all the receivers on the field for the first time in forever.

This years crop of rookies has to be very pleasing, especially when you consider our #1 is out for the year. Even the UDA'a look good. Ted Thompson did an outstanding job. Hopefully he can repeat.
Why is Jerry Kramer not in the Hall of Fame?

I love this Mike Daniels kid, and Jerel Worthy. Both have been playing really well, and are helping us to win football games. HUGE contributions, and I hope it continues all the way to another Lombardi Trophy in the case! That Daniels play was awesome!!!!! Just what we needed.

Nice to see front 7 guys making plays, even in the absence of Clay.

The most startling part of that play to me was how fast Daniels was running. He's got speed for a big dude, maybe if we lose another couple HBs we can just move him to HB.

He also made it as far into the stands as Rodgers did on their leaps.
The world needs ditch diggers to Danny!!!

I like players like Daniels. They'll always give you 110% and be good, solid players. They just will not be the upper echelon players. The Packers will get their money's worth out of him. Now Worthy, I hold to a little higher standard because he has first round talent but must lack the work ethic. But he is still a good player. Raji is the dlineman that disappoints me.

Pure effort players. Not gonna excite you physically, but will make those plays that you need to get off the field or score.

Dainels had made a couple stunt sacks and a couple fumble recoverys. Hope this undersized guy gets better.

Game changing moment thread after Win over MIN: yes, Burnett's INT & Crosby's FG were both huge.

But, look at the game again, and you may want to hand it to both Daniels and Worthy, for a huge play to hold MIN on 3rd and short, deep n their own territory to force a punt, against Adrian Peterson no less.

Both Daniels and Worthy are becoming very important players for us.

With CJ and Mike out, the rookies are stepping up.

In the off season you sometimes wonder why Ted picks up a player.

But the coaching staff gets them ready to play.

Once they play and have some film, then the coaches really accelerate their improvement.
