We need serious help on the O-line. Is Tony Manderich available? (waits for the attack....) |

Would anyone else like to see a duo of Finley and Jared Cook? |

I know Mike McCarthy cannot hear me, but I am praying that we attempt to run 2-TE sets like NE does.. (from the couch) it looks like it could sole alot of our problems maintaining a balance. +more run-friendly sets +less deep routes ( !!) +more protection options -Kuhn goes extinct

It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get back up again. |

I like the idea as I think this is a perfect way to control the clock and really unbalance the opposing defence. Is Jordy fast enough to provide the quick deep threat though is my only question? NE is blessed that they have a WR to provide that deep threat that opens the middle for the two TE set. |

Jared Cook > Finley, IMO. Although, neither can block very well. It would definitely be fun to watch though. |

A lot of the big ones have already been mentiond, but another signing that could have quite a positive impact would be Randy Starks.
Doesn't miss games, quietly plays on a high level in either the 3-4 or 4-3, can get to the QB quite decently, while still having some nice size to him.
Going by position alone in the draft, I'd still like to get another OLB. You can never have enough pass rushers and, in my mind, three is the minimum of guys I'd want to have who can get to the QB.
Realistically, get rid of Finley and get someone at TE who can make something happen, but who can play that reliable security blanket type of TE, as well. Wouldn't mind seeing Eifert in green and gold, even though some might see it as just a bit of a reach. |

Thanks Porky...now I have to go home on lunch and get a change of underwear... |

So Ed Reed and his limited range (and injury risks) now is superior to Charles Woodson? Woodson is not the same on field presence but most in the Packers locker room think he is EF Hutton. You only can play so many in the secondary. I don't know the net gain there in terms of overall impact other than stunting others growth. Give me a blue chip talent along either of the lines. This draft is being touted as "not as talented" as the past few...why? Because there are a TON of offensive and defensive linemen. Whatever. If people haven't realized yet, teams with a great offensive and defensive line win friggin' games and championships.
Draft: Add some BEEF to that defensive line. 6-4, 325 pound Star Lotulelei from Utah. Strong, fast, big, and plays mean.
Free Agent: Ryan Clady or Jake Long. Jake Long is a true fantasy because there is reports of him asking for $10 million a year. That's crazy considering his recent slip in play and injuries...
Of course, this is all just a fantasy...
