I don't know when they can bring him into camp, but I would really like the team to have a chance to evaluate him before the draft. This could really change the thought process of Ted if he can get Jolly back. |

Why not bring him in if he can pass a physical? Wouldn't hurt to see if he can regain his form during camp. |

I don't see why not take a look. If nothing else, all the time away means less wear and tear even if he's not up to game speed. |

Is there anything that would withhold the Packers from doing this and are they just going to have to take Jolly's word for it up until camp (if the Packers want to keep him)? |

True or False, once reinstated he is "Packer" property? I remember this discussion but fail to remember the facts. |

He got a 2nd chance, a little purple slurple pales to that!!! Don't forget Donte Stallworth either. A year suspension for DUI manslaughter though in his case he did strike a plea bargain. |

We'll get Johnny Jolly AND Cullin Jenkins!
It'll be a Packers reunion! |
It's not whether you get knocked down, it's whether you get back up again. |

Jolly signed his tender and he is under contract for $2.5M for 2013. The Packers could choose to rescind the offer. Let's just hope Purple Drank did some running during his extended vacation. |

"Johnny Jolly salary would remain the same as soon as he returns to the Packers' 80-man roster Monday, but the Packers will have time to decide what their next move is because the 2013 salary cap doesn't go into effect until March 12. Jolly's sizable cap figure wouldn't count until then."
Apparently, the Packers certainly retain his rights. |
