At least one application pool is not synchronized. Please click Repair to fix this problem. If the problem persists, please contact technical support.
I've contacted the tech support and they are saying we need to upgrade $10/month to a higher memory allowance. I don't think the site is suddenly using more than 512MB of memory when it hasn't reach that in many months.

agreed. they are looking for more money instead looking to offer better service.

Thinking that MAYBE the latest upgrade last week was dishing out a memory leak, I've thrown us up on the latest update. We'll see how it goes. I haven't heard back from tech support after I gave them my response that I wasn't fully agreeing with them about the memory usage. I'm hoping for some trace stats to see what was using memory.
