1. Week one: An ugly, ugly win against SF, neither team looking much like a playoff team. Silver lining (in addition to win): Packers sack Colin six times, give up measly 2 yards to him on the ground.

Two regular season losses, both at Lambeau:

Week 5 against the Lions.
Week 14 against the Falcons.

Just enough losses that McCarthy can't do the "rest starters" thing at the end of the season as teams vie for home field advantage.

Bye in playoffs.

Divisional round: Packers demonstrate that squelching of Colin in week one not a aberration, but that close score was, whip SF like the foo-foo dogs they are, 42-0. Rodgers with four TDs.

NFC championship: Revenge for week 13 as Rodgers goes 25-27, five touchdowns, and Mike Smith goes home unhappy yet again, 41-13.

Super Bowl: Who cares who the AFC winner is. Lombardi returns as the Packers completely dominate in every playoff game as is appropriate. Game is effectively over at halftime, though Rodgers does end GB's first second-half possession, and his day, with his seventh TD pass of the day in just 22 attempts. Final score, taking two records (most pts, biggest margin of victory) away from the 49ers in the process, 58-10.

Yep. By the end of the year, partly because of cutdown move by Ted Thompson (see "final roster" thread for a real out-there prediction) brings a backup OL from another team who either ends up starting by years' end or inspires one of the other weak links to step up their game in major way. :)

Nah. I've slept on it. One week does not a season make. I'll stay with 14-2 for now.

Now if the OL and pass defense look like crap again next week, I will.

lol, Raji--I'm also 2 out of 3, but I had us ending up 11-5...

Not surprised we lost to two play-off bound teams on the road this early in the season. Disappointed that our own mistakes cost us both games, but I'm also encouraged by that. We've got the bye week now to get things straightened out (kick off returns), and I was very encouraged by the way our defense played. Even losing CMIII they gave up only 20 points, with the other two (fumble return and fumble at the 2 yard line) due to offense/special teams.

Mike Daniels only played 22 snaps. That should probably increase considering he's been easily the most disruptive lineman when he has played.
