I kissed the computer at 12 o'clock. I know that feeling Cheesey i'm out here in Pa and don't have alot of friends so i stayed home last night also. I was invited out to the bars but i got a divorce from a drunk so for me to go to a bar and get shitfaced just don't thrill me like it did years ago. Plus i didn't wanna hear about how bad the Packers sucked this year and get asked over and over again what i thought of the whole Brett thing. But i did watch the guy jump his motorcycle onto a building 10 stories up then free fall back down, that was impressive. So some advice to you boss when you think you got it bad just remember someone else has it worse than you. Thats a quote from my grandmother :D So have a happy new year boss and think of the little things in life that make you happy. Btw i tried kissing my monitor once and it was electrifying lol i was knocked on my butt lol. Did i write "Monitor?"......i meant MOLITOR. I had Paul Molitor over........... :thumbleft: And i know there are MANY that have it worse then me.........i can't get into what all happened, but it was a bad start to a new year. It's better now though.......i weathered the storm. |

went to walmart (yes i said walmart) to pick up some snacks (that we NEVER ate), then went out for a nice dinner, drank one tall glass of bud light, went home, watched tv, & actually made it to midnight for the first time in ages! nice quiet nite = good. :D |

At about 8:30pm, I got together with a big group of friends and had a potluck/black tie dinner at a big church.  From there, chatted with a friend until my wifey got there (she had to work). Got our New Years picture taken.  (Yes, I wore a purple tie for a reason..) Then changed and went to the gymnasium and played some volley ball until about 3 minutes to midnight. Then ran over to the 50 person theatre in the church to watch the ball drop. Capped off the night with a slide show of said group of friends from the past 2 or 3 years. I love New Years with that group. Because none of us drink, we all remember what happened and all the fun times. =D Besides, I don't need to get drunk in order to make a fool of myself.  |
