Excluding Aaron Rodgers, what one player could we least afford to lose to injury?
That's the question posed to me by a friend and I can't come up with a final answer.
Kampman? Pickett? Grant? Woodson? Clifton?
Those are the candidates I came up with, but I can make cases for or against each one of them. So I pose the question to you. |

I'd say Woodson honestly. Loosing him leaves Harris and Tramon as the CB's, with Blackmon/Bush as the nickle and Bush/lee as the dime. |

I honestly do think it is Grant. Jackson is a nice complimentary back, but I haven't become convinced by him yet. Lumpkin is exciting to watch.
Even though our o-line seems to always be shuffling from week to week, my theory is that Grant has some intrinsic understanding of the guys in front of him, and vice versa. It's not something that was learned, but just something that happened. Morency, Wynn, Jackson, Herron, and Lumpkin have not seemed to be able to use our front guys like Grant has. |

Harris or Woodson..... if we lose either of them for an extended period of time, we might as well get ready for a top 10 pick |

D. All of the above.
Anyone of those guys could be a huge loss for us. |

Pulling this out from left field..
Donald Lee..
He might be a safety valve for Aaron Rodgers along with the fact I have a feeling he will be used lot in the run blocking department

Really, I'm the first to say
AARON RODGERS
While I like Flynn, this season is probably lost if we lose Rodgers.
No matter what backup we had, really. Had we got Culpepper or any of the other veteran backups, none of them were good enough to lead this team. |

Duh! :thumbleft: Oh I was expected to read the thread? My bad! let me try again then. I'll say Kampman. We're already a little thin at Dline and if we lost Kampman for any long period of time, it could really hurt us. I like our depth on Dline, but we dont have any extra Kampman's lying around. There isn't a Kampman tree out back or anything. (someone photshop that) |

1. Ryan Pickett 2. Al Harris 3. Charles Woodson 4. Aaron Kampman
They're all defensive players. So I guess I like our depth on offense, with the major exception of the QB position. TE is a little thin, but I see it as a less vital position than most others. |

I gotta say Kampman as well. He is the key to the DL and thus the whole defense. |

Without a doubt Grant. Not sold at all on Jackson. Hope he proves me wrong this year. |
You want to finish your career here? Favre: "Definitely. If in two years, say, they want to trade me, I'd probably walk away. Retire." |
