I hate coaches who call punts too.
Oh, wait, did I say that? ;) |

The final score of that game was 48-47 which we won on a Mark Mosley missed FG.
Best....game....ever. I was panicking when Moseley lined up there. Remember that year? He didn't miss a single FG. Then he lined up and missed it. I couldn't believe it. We beat the best team in the NFL that year. I think they won the SB and had the #1 D too, and we scored 48 points on them and never had to punt. Punting sucks. I hate punting. Gerry Ellis was awesome at screens. James Lofton used to be my fave player ever until Brett Favre came along. I remember Mike Douglass. And Lynn Dickey was a could have been. Had we not had such a crappy OL, Dickey could have been a Pro Bowler. Such a shame. His career was cut short by injury unfortunately. Of all the QBs I've ever watched, I still think Dickey had the best long ball of all. They have that full game in the "10 best Packer games of all times" video set. And i agree......Dickey was incredible. He was BEST during snowey games, as the D couldn't get to him. He had time to pick them apart. But he had BAD legs. |

I just picked up that dvd set off ebay for $10 and i'm going to make copies and send them to my grandma and step mom. I can't wait for it to get here. I also got a tv tuner card for one of my desktops so i can stream video and maybe ill stream these games when i get it all set up. |
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be :) |

Nothing better than watching some classic football games in the off-season. Especially if you haven't seen them before. Btw, how's LTF's interview coming along? |

Just wanted to make sure that proper assessment of the cause of the delay was given.. curiosity is welcomed.
It was a good read. |
