Here's an article by Bob McGinn of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel where he ranks all 53 players on the Packers' roster: http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=789601This reminds me of our "Who can we least afford to lose to injury?" thread from a few days ago, but it's just different enough to merit its own thread. McGinn put Chad Clifton at #2, which I totally understand. He is an underrated player. I forget about him myself sometimes. One surprise is that Al Harris is at #14. I would've ranked him a lot higher than that. |

Wow (about what he said about Brohm). |
My man Donald Driver (thanks to Pack93z for the pic) 2010 will be seen as the beginning of the new Packers dynasty. |

Greg Jennings. Forget what I just said, I like this better. I heard DD can kick pretty well too. |

Im suprised Grant wasn't up toward the top more. Than number 8. I would think he would be in the top 5, maybe even the top three

Remember guys this isn't a ranking based on inate skill or talent, this is about value to the team. This is basically McGinn's rankings of this thread: http://packershome.com/i...ile=viewtopic&t=1503 |

Agreed about the QB ratings, but Brohm looked like he didn't belong in there. Sure, it was his first preseason, but Flynn had much more poise (and it's Flynn's first preseason as well). And Flynn's a tough kid. I saw him take a hit that would have made the average man practically hork on the spot, but Flynn took it in stride. I watched my younger brother once deliver a hit like that and the kid literally crawled over to the sideline and horked. The coaches obviously agree since they put Flynn at #2. I just can't believe Flynn fell so far in the draft. What a nice find. |
