Quote:(A.J. is not on the injury report. How is he feeling and are you out of the woods on that injury?)
[ul]I think if A.J. gets hurt again he is not going to tell anybody this time. He's fine.[/ul]
I dunno, I thought it was funny.

Don't Hawk and Barnett still have that total tackles competition going? You can't win that competition if you're standing on the sidelines watching your buddy add to his score.

Ah, like the infamous Gimli vs. Legolas kills competition. Only question is, would AJ's long blonde hair make him the Elf or would his Football Face draw comparison to the Dwarf?

...I thought of the exact same competition when I read tackle competition.

I have no idea what either of you are talking about. Is this a dungeons and dragons thing?

Lord of the Rings..
On Hawk.. that dude is a football player.. that will be the last time he says he is hurt unless something is broken off or pointing in the wrong direction.
That will teach the docs to sit him..

AJ Hawk is my favorite player on our Dline. Sometimes when Barnett frustrates me on the field, I can always rely on Hawk to step up or at least display the right kinds of emotions when the team is on the losing end of an effort.

Don't get me wrong, I love AJ Hawk (I just bought his jersey, actually), but Barnett put up 8 tackles last week. Nothing about 8 tackles frustrates me.

I was speaking in terms of his attitude sometimes on the field. It doesn't make me disappointed in his overall play of course. He is amazing obviously :-p
