Some interesting comments from Mr Cris Carter. Wow.

I love the quotes from the 2nd and 3rd string QB's. They are not happy. Smile That makes me happy.

Go Brett!!!

I didn't find the video you mention (though Seifert's reference to the "NFC Favre" made me want to gag), but I did find this interesting quote:

Quote:
On the same day (May 5), Scouts Inc.'s Matt Williamson offered a blistering explanation for why he believes Favre is the wrong fit for the Vikings:

Williamson: "If I'm the Vikings, here's what I'm doing: I'm playing heavy, heavy defense. I'm using my big, bruising offensive line and I'm handing the ball to Adrian Peterson. And I want a veteran quarterback who knows what he's doing but isn't going to kill us. Just give me a caretaker, someone who won't inflict any wounds. That's not Brett Favre. From what I saw last year, I don't even know he's one of the 32 best quarterbacks in the league right now. He might be an improvement over what they have, but there are so many different ways I would have gone. Brett Favre is a terrible fit for what I think the Vikings should be doing."

Damn, Cris was furious! I understand he is made about the lies but if Sage Rosenfels is going to make 3 mill as a back-up, I highly doubt that is going to effect the way he raises his family...

Anyways, again...this was poorly handled by the Vikings organization. But if some players on the Vikings knew before this hit the papers, its obvious Rosenfels, Jackson, and Booty knew about it as well.

And in the end, Favre is a better QB than any of those 3 so yes, the Vikings do become a better team.
