When you watch a QB throw a football ... do you ever think that the ball sometimes looks ... heavier than when other QB's throw it?
For me when I see Rodgers or Cutler throw the ball it looks like its weightless at times. When I watch someone like Kyle Orton or Brian Greise it looks like it weighs a ton.
Anyone else think like this or notice or am I just nuts? |

On a serious note......i know what you mean. I think it has alot to do with the "flow" that the QB throws with. A more fluid motion, and it makes the ball "float" more. A rough throwing action produces a different look. |

Your point is understandable.
The better mechanics a QB has, the more power he can transfer with less effort. Thus, the look of ease while throwing with velocity. (think freddy couples in golf)
