Another week? Damnit, I thought we where done. Does this mean that the championship game will be in week 17? While teams are resting their starters?....
That's going to be one tough match, lol.

How the hell did I get 9th ranking?!? Oh well, I think I can pull it off it I win my game!
Yes!, Since the 8th and 7th seeds are playing this week, if I win no matter what I get in the playoffs.

You dropped to 9th because I passed you and lucky in total points. But yeah you should have a playoff spot locked up. You'll most likely win and then either Lucky or I will will get the last playoff spot unless .one has just a massive day to make the playoffs (win and outscore you by more than 28 points, outscore me if I win by more than 52, or outscore lucky if he wins by more than 45).

I have decided i want Lucky to be the 8th seed i want my revenge on him. He is the only team so far to take me down but i think Wils will get me this week, and then i will be able to get him back in the playoffs :)

Well, the playoffs look like they're pretty well set. Baring something drastic happening in tomorrow's Monday night game this will be the playoff bracket:
1 Ted Thompson Destroyers (12-1)
8 Green Bay Ninjas (7-6)
4 Tony's Packos (7-6)
5 Carolina Crew (10-3)
3 Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood (9-4)
6 Amsterdam Admirals (9-4)
2 Team Porkysplayas (10-3)
7 UW Red Devils (7-6)
UW Red Devils, Green Bay Ninjas, and . one will all be tied for 7th with a record of 7-6. The tie breaker would then be total points. Coming into the week UW Red Devils had 1,006 points, Green Bay Ninjas had 982 points, and . one had 954. Right now, it looks like it would be unlikely for any of those rankings to change. Tony's Packo will have less points then all these teams and a 7-6 record but will be the fourth seed because they won their division.

Actually, I beat . one, so I have the tie breaker there. And I beat UW Red Devils, so I have that tie break too. Resulting in, I get the 7th spot.

http://games.espn.go.com...settings?leagueId=103563It says in the settings that the playoff seeding tie breaker is total points. It says nothing about head to head. Besides, going into this week there were 4 teams tied at 6-6. You had beat all three of them (UW Red Devils, . one, and Lucky Lloyd's Leprechauns). You were still ranked 9th behind Red Devils and Lucky.

Bah. Because of the lack of depth in FA (20 teams) I was screwed with big injuries to Owen Daniels (IR 5 weeks ago) and Michael Turner (hurt the last two weeks). Those were #1 and #4 draft picks, there's no way I could have made the playoffs. Here's to next year! Hopefully we'll have a better situated league--maybe with 20 people we should only have 1 QB, 1 WR, 1 WR/RB, 1 RB, 1 TE/WR, 1 DEF and 1 K.

i like what dj brought up and as far as the injuries go i did well by planning for certain players to be injured that helped my team greatly
Westbrook to follow his usual injury pattern so i grabbed McCoy and i took Mendenhall because of the lack of Parker, and also I grabbed Maclin because of Curtis being hurt.
Hell i traded away my top pick Brady for some middle name players just for the depth of my team ;)
Big names don't always win you the matchup in FF
Ninja you set up the tiebreaker rules, in fact i asked how i could be a wildcard earlier in the year when i beat the team i was tied with and you even said it was set by points.
You better bring your A game because my defense is tough this year noone can score points against me lol

I might be sucking hind tit here.. but at the very least I am representing well in Viking land.. 10-1 in the regular season and through the first round of the playoffs. Long way to go.. but maybe I can set their league on its green and gold ear.

Wait? Are we having a 20 team play-off round now? With teams randomly matched up?

No, 8 team playoffs seeded based on record, division winners, and total points for tiebreakers. There is a bottom 12 consolation bracket just to give them three more games and there are consolation brackets for those who are knocked out of the playoffs in the quarterfinals or semifinals.

LOL...Sorry any of you were eliminated....you just didn't get put into the right division!!!!
So what do I get for winning my division...A match-up with a team that will probably wipe the floor with me.
In the real world I am rooting for The Bengals to whip up on The Vikings, but my only chance in the FFL world is for Brett to torch them!!!!
What a quandry, what do I do........GO BENGALS!!!!!!!!!!
Good luck to everyone in the playoffs, this has been quite an experience with a 20 team league.

Congrats to the Gravedigger for getting the worst record of the league!
But that doesn't qualify him as the worst team... yet! How so? Hmmm...

I know this Hazer. I picked Norwood so when Turner inevitably when down I'd have his backup. Norwood got hurt and than Turner got hurt and my waiver spot was too bad to grab Snelling. I also grabbed Glen Coffee because Gore usually gets hurt. This year Gore actually stayed healthy. Plus why would I waste a depth pick on a second TE? I never expected Owen Daniels to be so great and get hurt for the season so early.
Add that to the fact that I misread the trade deadline and I have 7 phenomenal receivers (look at the Lucky Lloyd's Leprechauns roster) I pretty much got fucked in this league. Oh well, there's always next year :)
