We'll be moving to phpNuke, that's been decided. What do you like about PH that you'd like to see on the new site? No answer is stupid and if anyone says otherwise, they will be gone. This is important because if there's a feature here that is not wanted why waste the time bringing it over to the new site? Here's the "new" site, sort of. New.PackersHome.comWhat's here, that is not there, that you want ... there? Understand? lol |

I think applause should be ported over. New style is a bit different but not radically so. For the shoutbox, I would prefer scrollbars personally (I hate all things automatic). |

Will we have the ability to have the grey background with black print option...I find it hard to read against the green background "default"?
I too would like applause carried over....though I wouldn't mind a +100 "inadvertent bump to my applause so I could break into the top 10. :) |
None of the above. It wouldn't have been a wasted vote. Obama and Romney -- Those were the wasted votes. |

I really don't see the Applause ( err should I say +1 ) feature being brought over. It was a failed experiment and will be replaced with one that's hopefully more gooder! |

I've played with the scrolling chat since you introduced it at the new sight and would agree, I like the stationary one here. |

what about a short cut link to move between the forums? Now we have to go back to the index to move from packer chat to babble or the other places. |

I have always thought there should be some kind of aplication to vote for a "Comment Of The Month" and or "Response of The Year."
Members here come up with some great stuff. It would be great if it could be tracked in some way.
It is still all good. |

I like the stationary shout box on the original PH, where you can always see what the newest addition is instead of waiting for the loop. Looks good though, very sleek. |

Also, I like seeing the "rank" and applause points for the members..... Zero, what makes you say that the "applause" was a failed experiment? I think most people like to know that their comments are appreciated, which the applause application does superbly. |

The suggestions for new features are appreciated, however, the main goal is to bring over the main features of this current site to the new one, then expand on the new one.
Adding new features is why the switch from DragonFly CMS to phpNuke. I personally feel phpNuke offers more options for improvement, since DF is basically dead.
Keep the comments/suggestions coming, thank you. |
