My son is getting ready to head for Afghanistan soon (never thought I would have to learn how to spell that name correctly.)
He is putting movies onto his computer so he can watch them while he is over there.
He would prefer the original version of Star Wars instead of the remastered ones. (Which we now call movies 4,5,6)
I have them on VHS but I can not put them onto DVD's for him b/c of the security measures.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can get these movies on to DVD? |

Do you have a DVD player that can record?
Separate note. If you have a DVD ROM you can rent the movies, record them onto your PC and give him the files to view on his laptop. OR you can burn those files onto a DVD. |

I really need to shower, but I'll upload a program and PM you the link with some summary of instructions.
In the mean time, please tell me what you have.
PC that can BURN and READ DVD's... or DVD player that can record and play ... or VCR DVD combo that can record... etc...
Gotta know the hardware were working with here :) |
