Do we go after him? He thinks he's going to land in GB or DAL. |

I think waivers are only for younger plays, 3 or 4 years or less? I dont really know anything about him but if he's a vet he gets cut, if he's a young guy he gets waived. I think. |

I say if we sign anyone, we should sign a RB, or a DT to add depth at those positions. I think if rodgers goes down this season we give the other guys a chance and get them some experience for whatever their future may be in Green bay. I don't think simms could come in and do any better than Flynn or Brohm because he doesn't know the offense, and he gets injured a lot too. |

I think Harrington, Rattay, or Nall are better options if we want a vet. |

To be honest, I don't think Harrington is a better option anywhere and Nall seems to be unfavoured by the organisation for some reason. Here's a list I compiled of freshly cut QBs: Joey Harrington Casey Bramlet Andre Woodson Tyler Palko Todd Bouman Derek Devine Anthony Morelli Anthony Wright Matt Guittierez Richard Bartel Jared Lorenzen Quinn Gray Chris Simms Brooks Bollinger Ingle Martin Drew Henson Jeff Rowe Brett Basanez Dalton Bell Darrell Hackney Shane Boyd Yeah I think that's it for cuts. |

I'd like to see Daunte get a roster spot.
A PROVEN QB as a backup.

No need to pick up Sims.
Chico will not be injured until the 2012 season, and even then he will still start with a broken bone in his foot.

I'd like to see a veteran QB behind Rodgers, just not any of the ones that are presently out there. PackerForum.com
Oh, and RP- it's Saturday night on a long weekend, and there's a lot of night time left here in the beautiful Lower Mainland. Get out there and have some fun! I know I am. |

I am sure the Lower Mainland is happening. I am in Edmonton tonight. Tomorrow afternoon I am getting a 6 Pack of "Real Canadian Beer" and watching Mike Weir golf, Monday I am heading to a sports bar and watching "Weirsy" win and the Eskimos game. I will be scouting for the next Jon Ryan :magnifyglass: |
