After all that has gone on in GB since that cold and fateful day of January 20,2008 it seemed like the season would never get here. I can hardly wait until this coming Monday night. All the games this Sunday will simply be sweet agony for me. :whipitgood: |

This week is going to suck. Badly.
Next weekend Canada plays Honduras in a crucial World Cup qualifier. Sunday Favre and the Jets are playing, and I get to check out how the Lions and Bears look early in the season. Later that night is the Entourage season 5 premiere, and after that, two more episodes of another show I'm currently watching, Dexter. Then another day of work before, finally, the Packers take on the Vikings.
Throw in going out with friends and chasing girls, and it's going to be quite the weekend.
Oh yeah. I just came off of 10 days in a row off of work, which will make working this week more painful. And I have to work 4 whole days before the weekend even begins?
Ouch.

Yes, I'm really looking forward to it. This game is actually being broadcast live here! Yay! 9:00 AM Tuesday morning.
Pity I'll be at school but hopefully I'll be allowed to stay home and go to school later. :P |

I hate when they open on a Monday night. It's happened before. That extra day of waiting is a real killer. The good news is that the game will start earlier than usual, because they'll have another game on afterwards. But it won't be as much fun watching other games on Sunday when the Packers haven't even played yet. "Sweet agony" is a good way to describe it. |

I'm really looking forward to it.
Its half anticipation half trepidation.
I just hope Aaron has a good game.
Not a great game because if he throws for 300 yards and 4 TD's everyone will be up on him and then when he has a bad game the whipping boys will come out big time.
Slow but steady will do me
Oh and a win!!!
I'm also looking forward to 6PM sunday in the UK because Sky are showing the J**s at the Dolphins Live. Am I the only only one that hopes the fish destroy NY? |

I think A-Rod will have over 200 pass yards, 2 TDs, and 1 INT. We win the game. |

Game starts at 4. We're still at work for another hour. I want to see the opening kickoff. I'm hoping it's Jordy back there. I'm thinking opening kickoff, Jordy returns it 55 yards into MN territory. I won't see it until the next day's highlights. |
My man Donald Driver (thanks to Pack93z for the pic) 2010 will be seen as the beginning of the new Packers dynasty. |

I want a 2nd round draft pick. Until he retires I look at Favre as a commodity. I do not look at what he did for the team (at this time). I look at what he can still do for the team. (High draft pick!!!!! I want more than a 3rd or 4th round pick for him.) If GB were to meet the Jets in the SB then I would want a 1st round pick for Brett baby. |

If I was any more jacked about the beginning of the season.. they would have to throw a set of shoulder pads on, size up a helmet and turn me loose on the Viking front..
Oh and I love Brett to pieces, but the first person that I hear make a "Favre would have done this comment" might get a size 14 foot up along side the head. I swear I hope that type of crap passes quickly.
Things I can't wait to see:
> KGB, Jenkins, Kampman, Monty going around the turnstiles that Vikings will throw out there at tackle.
> Pickett back in action.
> Bishop or Bigby blowing someone up..
> Someone like a Lumpkin surprising people with a performance unexpected.
> Driver silencing those complaining about the drops, Jennings turning a short toss into a long gain and Jordy coming up with at least one play that stands out.
> Lee and Finley attacking the center of the Vikings coverage.
> Williams, yes Williams picking off at least one.
> And AP dejected after another loss in Lambeau. |

Good ones Pack.
I said at the beginning of the preseason that Atari Bigby will make the Pro Bowl. I'd love to see him get a pick to start his season off.
And yeah, Donald Driver is now my favorite Packer so I'd love to see him silence the critics by completely lighting it up in his first real game of '08. |
