Quote:
Six Packers lead their position in votes, according to a release by the NFL. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers (320,307), fullback John Kuhn (80,488), center Jeff Saturday (123, 626), linebacker Clay Matthews (156,688), safety Charles Woodson (53,531) and punter Tim Masthay (41,141) are all out-front in the league's first tally.

Thank you Ted Thompson.

Rodger, Matthews, Masthay I agree with. None of the others based on this year.

I give a pass to Woodson/Kuhn but Saturday, he's gotton better but not great. Other players I'd vote for: Cobb, Hawk, JJ, Burnett, Maybe Hayward as a alt. Maybe!

Woodson was having a solid year before he got injured. Not Pro Bowl worthy, but definitely solid. I can see him playing SS for us for at least another year. He's got a good head on his shoulders.

Hawk is having his best year as a Packer. Still probably not worthy to making the Pro Bowl, but he gets two thumbs up from me.

Of course Aaron, CM3, and Mashtay deserve their nods. Hayward's got a tough fight for ROTY, but will get a nod. He may have an easier time making the Pro Bowl as an alternate than ROTY.

Jeff Saturday has played much better lately and he's really big with calling out blitzes and stuff. He had a rough go the last 2 weeks fasting the inside fire blitzes of the cardinals and mostly suh during this game.

Pass protection wise we apparently rank 7th in the league and that was brought down by some very poor play by Bulaga

I shamelessly voted for all Packers in all categories except for Crosby.

I did not vote for any AFC player.

You can replace Pro with American and Bowl with Idol and question maintains validity.
