The Green Bay Packers offensive line is pathetic.
The sad thing is there is no remedy waiting in the wings that can cure this problem.
This issue will last maybe years down the road as it takes 2 or 3 years for draft picks to show up and lord knows Thompson is not adept at drafting offensive lineman.

That and he's too cheap to go grab a stud OLineman in free agency.

I knew this game would be trouble because of the injuries, but I didn't expect this kind of beat down.

2 or 3 years? Are you serious? ... We've got Bulaga out which is a huge loss & if Sherrod can stay healthy the o-line would be very strong next year. Of course we can draft a couple of o-lines to replace Lang & Smith but I don't think we're 2 3 years away. I mean if we had Bulaga in it would be much better.

ut we don't have Bulaga, who wasn't plying that great prior to his injury.
Neither do we have a decent center, left guard or left tackle.
This OL is a train wreck and the engineer must be drunk.

The line was almost this pathetic vs. Seattle when Bulaga was in. These worthless piles of unathletic overpayed fat can't even stop a 3 man rush, totally useless. Of course the whole team is today, even Masthay is punting like garbage.

Again, the talent is there at OL, it is the COACHING that needs to go! You draft football players and coaches make them into professional football players. The COACHING is NOT doing their job!

Sometimes a good ass kicking jumpstarts a team. We're still in good shape to win the division. Our young guys on defense are getting invaluable playing time.

Our defense will be fine once we get our starters back. Yeah, our rookies were playing good football but it was only a matter of time they met their maker. Matthews, Woodson and Shields will make the defense better.

Our offensive line is as bad as the Chicago Bears offensive line. There is no saving that this season. They can't run block and they can't pass block against speed rushers.

I'm pretty sure Bulaga was not 100% in the Seahawks game... he wasn't himself in that game at all (and Mike McCarthy passed the ball for a super high % the first half of that game which sure didn't help out the OL.)

No effort, no hustle on screens, they pull like they've got cement blocks on theyre feet. It's one thing to get your asses kicked, another if you appear to give absolutely no effort.

What I am seeing is missing Wells at C. With him, our tackles were able to protect the outside, because our Guards were allowed to protect for the inside move. Without him, I see more helping in the middle leaving the Tackles on their own. How many times I remember Clifton getting beat and either colledge or Lang bailing him out. That doesn't happen anymore.

The play calling doesn't help either. When you have trouble blocking you call plays to help them. I don't see that.

When they play like this and win, like last week, everyone gives them a pass.

This is why I don't.

Agreed, everyone was excited about this team when they narrowly beat some patty-cakes in their schedule. Fairley owned this unit last week, I get theyre reshuffeling, but this is an inexcusable joke of "talent" on the field right now.

uffda udfa (2h) : He works boundary...great body control...great feet...goes deep...runs well...is strong. Jordy Clone, maybe.

Zero2Cool (2h) : Only thing that matters : 40 Yrd Dash: 4.54
uffda udfa (2h) : Butler is 6'2 215...Hmmm, wonder what TT has in mind. Ha.
uffda udfa (2h) : TT went out and got us Jordy's replacement...James Butler...not even a camp invite.
uffda udfa (10h) : I knew what you were saying and I loved it! From a production standpoint it was worse than college radio. It had Aaron which made it worth
Zero2Cool (11h) : I wouldn't know good radio if it sat on my face, but I know what I find informational and worthwhile. Tuesday with Aaron, was both.
Zero2Cool (11h) : I am saying my zero experience in radio > your whatever years. :D Bahahahahah
uffda udfa (11h) : Ha! Yeah, I only was involved in making good radio for 8 years. Don't know a thing.
Zero2Cool (12h) : Yeah, I'm not surprised I know good radio better than you. Not a big deal, you have your strengths, radio isn't one.
uffda udfa (20h) : We have very different tastes. I worked in radio for many years. Thought the show was so much worse than it needed to be.
Zero2Cool (21h) : NFL Pick'em v2.0 is here!
Zero2Cool (23h) : Wilde was great choice and if not for Jason's rapport with Aaron, never would have happened.
uffda udfa (26-Aug) : I never caught it live...listened to podcast a few times. Wilde was the wrong guy for that show.
Zero2Cool (26-Aug) : That was poorly worded, my mistake. I was regular, it was great peak into his life. Planned meetings around it lol
uffda udfa (26-Aug) : As for Tuesday's with Aaron I did listen, but I wasn't a regular.
Smokey (26-Aug) : Anyone seen Polargrizzz lately, he's AWOL !
Zero2Cool (26-Aug) : If you listened to them, Aaron urged them to go past the 10 minutes. Jason would be an idiot to cut it off.
uffda udfa (26-Aug) : The contract stated 10 minutes but the show always went longer. Sounds like 540 took advantage and perhaps he got sick of it.
uffda udfa (26-Aug) : As for Aaron's radio show, sounds like he just didn't want to do it and they took too much of his time. Was only supposed to be 10 minutes.
Smokey (26-Aug) : Don't worry, be WR happy !
Zero2Cool (26-Aug) : WR!!
uffda udfa (25-Aug) : LeRoy Butler and Finley want TT to add a WR. Silverstein wrote a piece on it, including Rison mention. Let's get this!
uffda udfa (25-Aug) : The WHY is the big story, but that hasn't come out yet.
Zero2Cool (25-Aug) : noooooooooooooooooooo!
Zero2Cool (25-Aug) : Aaron is done? Why????
uffda udfa (25-Aug) : If you liked "Tuesday's with Aaron" he's not doing it this year. He's done.
Zero2Cool (23-Aug) : Tolzien being evaluated for concussion. What?
hardrocker950 (23-Aug) : wow... what a joke
dhazer (23-Aug) : Cheese heads are everywhere donot be sureprised ifor we are louder
Zero2Cool (23-Aug) : And you're wearing a Ben jersey... sad!
dhazer (23-Aug) : Hello from Heinz field
dhazer (23-Aug) : Anyone else going to be at the big ketchup bottle of Heinz Field
Mucky Tundra (23-Aug) : TEBOW!
