I saw a stat where as of 11-26 the Packers had a total of games not played at 141.

I think in this case it's not just the number of games it's who they have lost for a significant amount of time this year. As far as key players going down it started with Bulaga and just went downhill from there.

Every good team has six or eight players that is the reason they are a good team and unfortunately for us almost all of those are sitting this one out, or, like Mathews, were lost for several games.

The injuries are from bad pad level which has been an excuse since Mike McCarthy took over this team

all the have to do is do a better job of stretching before the game. fire the S&C coach.

They should do the Insanity workout as part of training camp. They'll build core strength and stamina. If I were a HC, that'd be the offseason assignment. You must complete the Insanity workout at least once prior to Training Camp.

I think about that all the time. I have a cardio class and the instructor really pushes us. We had a few days off for Thanksgiving and I hurt all night last night after our Monday morning workout.

This morning I started the Focus T25 workout. It's not as intense as I hoped, but maybe as they progress onward they will. And actually it might be smarter to do something more mild while I'm getting back into shape instead of jumping into Insanity. We'll see what happens.

So far I've been sore the last few days and it feels good.

We need major changes this off season, starting by our defensive coord all the way to the trainers...
