A buddy of mine was at the game. He just told me the crowd was behind Aaron 100% and they were indeed cheering loudly for him.
That might seem small, but to me that is huge for the young man. |

That's good to hear, but not too surprising. The jerks all disappeared into the woodwork once the Packers played a game that counted. |

Said buddy has arrived. Aaron Rodgers was 100% accepted, and as long as he continues to play, learn, and hopefully increase his skills I don't see it changing. Most of the "popular" media just like to pour tasty, sugary drama into the whole Favregate incident. |
Help! The refs are running out of flags to throw! |

Rodgers will increase his skills, but the cool thing is that he doesn't even need to. He's already really good! As for being accepted, he did an amazing job of allowing the fans to accept him. When the Favre controversy was raging, Rodgers had lots of opportunities to shoot off his mouth or even make an inadvertent comment that would've made him look bad, but he remained mostly quiet and always respectful of the fans except for the one misstep--the "get on board or shut up" comment, which he pretty much retracted anyway. |

I'm really glad to hear that the fans were behind Rodgers. I think he's done just about everything right up to this point and deserves our support. |

If they weren't then they're cheering him now. I for one am very glad though.
I'll be at the Dallas game and I didn't want to be at a game where Packer fans were booing their QB. |
