good news, although $13 million per year/$78+ million total is more than I expected. Something like $18 million bonus and $3 million the first year with $5, 8, 11, 15. and 20 for years 2 - 6, a total of $80 million might work. That would be just $6 and 8 million against the cap the first two years.
