When you watch a QB throw a football ... do you ever think that the ball sometimes looks ... heavier than when other QB's throw it?

For me when I see Rodgers or Cutler throw the ball it looks like its weightless at times. When I watch someone like Kyle Orton or Brian Greise it looks like it weighs a ton.

Anyone else think like this or notice or am I just nuts?

Well.....whether you think that or not doesn't matter.......you were nuts BEFORE you thought that anyways.
LOLOLOL!!!
On a serious note......i know what you mean. I think it has alot to do with the "flow" that the QB throws with. A more fluid motion, and it makes the ball "float" more. A rough throwing action produces a different look.

Your point is understandable.

The better mechanics a QB has, the more power he can transfer with less effort. Thus, the look of ease while throwing with velocity. (think freddy couples in golf)

GoPack1984 (6h) : Dismal season? I think that's too harsh.
uffda udfa (6h) : Packers should have never been 4-6. Dismal season.
GoPack1984 (6h) : ...with the current defense.
GoPack1984 (6h) : Good season. Great rebound from 4-6. Would have loved to have seen them go to the Super Bowl and win, but I don't know if that was realistic

The_Green_Ninja (7h) : Thomas Brady has been given tools his whole career. It's up to the Packers to start doing the same.
The_Green_Ninja (7h) : As much as I loved brett, Aaron is right. We need more tools and HE is the QB that deserves the tools

shield4life (7h) : Blame the coaching
The_Green_Ninja (7h) : This is near the same time Brett started saying the same stuff.
uffda udfa (7h) : That is exactly what Aaron is saying. We don't do what needs to be done to win. Same song over and over.
uffda udfa (7h) : Aaron is a troll and a hater and doesn't understand the game. Who is he to say such things?
Zero2Cool (7h) : Probably reading into it wrong, but I think he's saying to front office. Do. More!
