At the :35 mark you see Collins hand a little. I think he should have floated to the inside. But thats easy to say now that know whats happened lol

Collins runs over to tackle Austin.

Good recap.

I wonder if Woodson was supposed to be shadowing Owens no matter what and Williams thought he should be the help over the top instead of the safety?

The motion looked like it got the best of Woodson there.

I'd have to say from just quickly looking at the play again I put the fault not on Collins, but on Woodson.

I think Collins was supposed to be the cover on top of Owens while Woodson was shallow and Williams was supposed to be man to man on Austin.

I'll post a video of it when I get back home. I have some family matters to tend to and I'll be back with a video.

My guess would be Woodson was supposed to be covering TO all the time and sort of ignored Williams' call for a switch. Give Dallas credit - they took advantage of our gameplan.

I think its funny that people are anything but excited about Aaron Rodgers.

It was Aarons 3rd start. against the best team in the NFL and we lost by 11.

If thats as bad as it gets, color me excited.

Packnic - Didn't think of it that way.

With all due respect to R.P., I think that's what he was trying to say but you said it better.

Couldn't agree with you more. Given the various possibilities, I thought he did damn well -- I didn't see anything worse than holding on the ball too long in some situations, but I still say the lack of Martin and JJ had more to do with that than some lack of ability on Rodgers' part.

As I said previously, I was pleased with his performance. Wasn't awesome, but it could have been so much worse. Instead, he stayed cool in a tough situation and did nothing to hurt the team.

Well, on NFL Live Mark Schereth or whatever says it was Collins fault. I don't know, I think it was Woodson. I don't know though.
