I agree. I am for tweeners to an extent if they have something special but honestly if you want to be a DE in a 3-4 defense, you are going to want to be closing in on 300 pounds.

I wonder if they might be look at Neal as a pass rush specialist type... and move him around at both DE and OLB.

Also Justin Smith and Brett Keisel are listed at 285, which is the same thing Neal is listed at (though he has admitted to be lighter than that), I don't know if the other guys might also be lighter than that.

They're obviously going to be blitzing Neal far more than they're going to be dropping him into coverage, that's for sure.

IF he is able to get himself onto the field.
