I find it funny that everyone thinks there will be added pressure to Lacy because Harris is out for the season now.

We got 3 other backs that are capable of backing the guy up and taking the load off him...

Do we not have depth now because Harris is gone? I don't quite understand the controversy. I understand that Mike McCarthy had big plans for him, but this doesn't end our season, nor our running game.

And I thought I recalled others talking about how Lacy and Franklin spelled the end of Harris' time in Green Bay.

We'll be fine. At least until we have 7 more running backs on IR.

The last few year we have had multiple backs for two reasons, 1 no one stood out, and 2 no one could stay healthy. Lacy was going to be out #1 back this year and he was going to get the majority of the carries and the yards. Harris would have spelled him on occasion but I still think Lacy would have gotten 3/4 of the carries. Back when we had Dorsey Levens and signed Ahman Green everyone said look out for the two headed monster. It never happened. When we had Edgar Bennett and signed Dorsey Levens everyone said what a great 1-2 punch we would have, it never happened.

If this team has a back capable of being the man he will be the man. If we have two backs capable of being the man one will be the man and the other will be the boy. I don't believe that two backs would share the load providing one can get the job done and I think Lacy can do that.
I respect your right to have your opinion but that doesn't mean I agree with it or respect you for having it.
