Agreed Shawn, Colledge was a stout guard and Packers still haven't filled that void.

Yeah, but we still haven't replace Wahle. Sitton is as good as Marco, though.

Actually, Wahle was replaced. It's Colledge that has yet to be replaced.

We will know more less than 1 week from now.

Personally, I think Josh Sitton plays well enough and TJ Lang played well through injury all of last year. You just can't take that body of work through , what, 10, 12, 13 games last season with Saurday in there at C and get an accurate read. He was a HUGE liability.

If this OL can hold up well enough to beat SF in their house, I'll be pretty freaking happy.

Hmmm.. nice try... lol.

Somehow the context of the comment and the thread title are disjointed.. Colledge had the ability to be a good football player.. he even flashed it at times. But between our offensive line coaching ineptitude and what seemed like a lack of focus/effort/whatever he played well under his potential.

I find it funny that the Badgers year after year can hire quality line coaches, yet our professional team has to remain in neutral with the James Campen experiment driving us into a manic depression.
