Well, for the Bears, Lions and Vikings, half of their games so far are against each other. So really that's just shit defense on their part.
thanks Post received 1 applause.

Which is the problem with stats - they never present an accurate picture. When Denver smokes the Chiefs like they have everybody else, then I'll crown them the paper champions for now.

Smoking a team that won 2 games last season is where you find legitimacy?

This year they are 4-0. Last year they were injury riddled. Last year Payton choked, in fact, he's choked most of his career just like Lord Favre.

This year their HC is Andy Reid. And they've (arguably) upgraded at QB. And definitely have upgraded at GM.

Well it's not that they NEVER paint an accurate picture. But you are right. Far too often stats are presented either without context or taking far too much significance from what is available.

It is interesting that the NFC North has 4 of the top 5 offenses in terms of points per game at the moment. You look at the division and there are certainly a lot of weapons that can help explain part of that offensive success. Let's see where they are down the later half of the season when we have a little better sample size to look at. I wouldn't be surprised if all four teams finished in the top half of offensive production.

The offense stats should continue and actually improve for the Packers - we played 2 very decent defensive teams in 3 games, not to mention Lacy hurt and Rodgers having one uncharacteristically bad game.

The rest of the NFC North probably will come down to earth when the sample of games is bigger.

I'm gonna agree with Zero, not because of stats this year, but it is the only division where all 4 teams have been in the playoffs within the last 2 years.

Hell Chicago finished 10-6 last year and were knocked out by The Vikings.

Detroit and Minny are the 2 wild cards, you never know whether they are going to go 11-5 or 5-11.

Minny doesn't have shit. Chicago's rebuilding. Detoilet's head coach is a head case.
