We needed this win. Hopefully this win will pump the team up for next week.

It was very unusual, but I liked it. Very unexpected.

I'm thinking the handshakes were probably decided on to celebrate so that Harrell wouldn't through his back out jumping for a chest bump.

But it was funny. Very professional, which you don't really think of when you think of INT celebrations/excitement.

Handshake and a thank you.. I think something came about in a meeting this week.

BTW.. that was one hell of a read by Woodson on that pick.. and pretty sweet pick for Williams. Overall, even though it wasn't much of a test, this secondary and honest for the most part the front seven played well.

A virtual handshake extended, sure helps when we win the ball control battle.

Nice to see our front 4 finally getting some pressure on the QB. Now we just need to work on fundamental tackling. Missed arm tackles and whiffs on the big hits are killing us! Wrap em up, put em on the ground, and go back to the huddle.

So from now on shaking a hand is cocky, or gay?

I like it. I hate when guys scream and yell and dance. This was "classy" as one of the commentators called it.

Agreed... I thought it spoke of a little dignity in playing the game. Showed they realize they are accountable to each other in the secondary.. good coverage overall allows someone to make a play.

Sorta like the Barry Sanders always handing the ball to the ref and heading for the sideline.. Always thought that was so freaking classy.

That is one of the things that my dad liked most about my childhood idol. Very classy guy.

I know there has been quite a bit of talk about over celebrating over plays that should be celebrated. I wonder if the coaches are sick of seeing it as well and told them if you want to celebrate, do it like a man, not a hyper active kid. Thus, we now see the handshake.

If it was something spontaneous, very cool, but it look choreographed. Which is fine, I think its great either way. I just have to wonder if the coaches had anything to do with it.

It almost came off like it was so classy it was a bit reminiscent of douchbaggery, but they pulled it off well. I liked it a lot though.

Doesn't anyone remember Al Harris doing this last year? Maybe it was chuck but I am almost positive it was harris. Anyways when I saw it then i thought it was awesome and hoped it would transgress into a regular thing like the lambeau leap is for our offense.

Also one of the top reasons I love AJ Hawk. He makes a play and goes back to the huddle - no dance, no shimmy. That's a classy, hard working, blue-collar guy.

I loved Sanders attitude. I am a firm believer in the line, "Act like you have been there before." after a player scores a TD.

All the chest pounding and gyrations for making a tackle or getting a 1st down are lame. Guys you are in the NFL. That is what you are suppose to do. After a big player get your butt back into the huddle and get ready to go again. The fans in the stands will cheer loudly for the big plays. They don't need any assistance.
With that said, the handshake although definitely staged is better than at lot of the other stuff that the players do.

LOL.... "4PackGirl" If you thought that was gay, your husband must be a Sasquatch. Do you live in the Pacific North West? I can not imagine a more manly being than a Sasquatch. I bet there is not one single gay Sasquatch on the planet.

Perhaps it was kind of a ... "We are taking care of business" Jester.

A hand shake... Respect, and a business agreement to commit and take care of business. I like it, I like it a lot.

But Gay.... No. I think not.

Zero2Cool (1h) : Who the hell gives a shit about Sat/Sun now? 3rd to 7th round? F U
Zero2Cool (1h) : I thought Sat/Sun was great. You make a weekend of it. Have buddies over, cookout, etc.
TheKanataThrilla (2h) : During the afternoons I tend to get caught up in family routines. I don't mind that for the later rounds.
TheKanataThrilla (2h) : I now take Friday off work. It is a bit annoying, but I do find it fun at night as I can crack a few beers and enjoy. Sucks if they trade out of the first round though.
wpr (9h) : I liked the Sat Sun version.
beast (15h) : HELL YEAH! ... the draft was SOOOO MUCH BETTER in the ol Saturday/Sunday format... only people that I've heard disagree are those that don't really follow the draft and just random get updates on thei
beast (15h) : Key word there is "proven"... not if they're true, but if you can prove it. Jerry Jones said the same thing for Greg Hardy, it wasn't "proven".
Zero2Cool (17h) : Flat out honesty from 49ers GM
Zero2Cool (17h) : John Lynch: “if these charges are proven true, if Reuben did hit this young lady, he won’t be part of our organization moving forward.”
Smokey (17h) : 49ers / Bye Week / Rams
Zero2Cool (18h) : Brian Gutekunst: “Draft was way better when it was Saturday and Sunday.”
Zero2Cool (23-Apr) : With pick #14, @CFD22 has the @Packers selecting UTSA DE Marcus Davenport.
Porforis (23-Apr) : He'll probably resort to buying and using Chicago Bears tickets.
Smokey (22-Apr) : Restrict Zero's toilet paper !
buckeyepackfan (22-Apr) : You gonna withhold your monthly dues until Zero gets the schedule posted Smokey? Lol
Smokey (22-Apr) : Zero, please post the new 2018 Packers Schedule. Thank You
Smokey (22-Apr) : DRAFT "CHAT" this Thursday night !
gbguy20 (20-Apr) : you're probably right
TheKanataThrilla (19-Apr) : I was thinking Dez gbguy20
gbguy20 (19-Apr) : Bmarsh cut. preparing for obj extension?
Zero2Cool (19-Apr) : Week 1: at Packers — Sept. 9 (SNF)
Cheesey (19-Apr) : I don't know. I don't have HBO. I only have regular BO.
Smokey (19-Apr) : Who is HBO's 2018 "Hard Knocks" team ?
Zero2Cool (17-Apr) : Jimmy Graham on choosing Packers -- Why Green Bay instead of New Orleans? "#12 is hungry
DarkaneRules (17-Apr) : When he talked about missing guys he didn't mentioned Greg Jennings :)
Zero2Cool (17-Apr) : it won't though. thus, off-season = hate season
gbguy20 (17-Apr) : these quotes from arod should shut people up
Zero2Cool (17-Apr) : Jimmy Graham on whether he's still the same Jimmy Graham: "I'm still 6-foot-7 and still run a 4.55 (40)."
Zero2Cool (17-Apr) : TE Jimmy Graham said he turned down a lot of money to sign with a team he said he feels can win it all. “12 is hungry,” he said.
Zero2Cool (17-Apr) : Aaron Rodgers on potential extension with Packers: "There's interest on both sides in getting something done"
Zero2Cool (17-Apr) : "You have to trust the process. And the process works." Aaron Rodgers
Zero2Cool (15-Apr) : I think Barkley would be crazy good with Aaron Rodgers.
porky88 (15-Apr) : If the Packers trade into the top 10, I think it's for Saquan Barkley.
buckeyepackfan (15-Apr) : Lololol
buckeyepackfan (15-Apr) : Need to use this statement "The Packers have wasted enough years of AR's career"
