Yee haw!!

It’s a one-year deal for $4 million, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

And my buddy Texas is blowing a gasket.

And once again, I have home and away Raji jerseys for sale; dirt cheap and I'll mail them for free with a jar of North Dakota's finest honey.

I like this move if the Packers do what they say and move Raji back to the NT and let him go to work. Last time he was even relevant was at the nose.

I'll be able to tell how serious Raji is about football in the first pre-season game. When Casey Hampton was in his prime, he was an every down lineman that anchored that awesome 3-4 defense in Pittsburgh. At Raji's current age, he should be able to do the same - but from what I've seen, Raji couldn't hold Hampton's jock strap.

Works for both sides. Doesn't hurt the Packers or Raji at all. I don't hate him as much as most people do, but I know that this guy is super talented when motivated. It doesn't matter what motivates him, as long as he plays hard.

Hampton was playing in position though.

Raji gets a shot at redemption. If he stinks up the joint, he doesn't even have to make the team. Certainly needs to earn the starting spot.

I wonder if Nix drops to the Packers at 21 if they take him? We have Josh Boyd at backup NT, currently, but would we carry a 3rd guy?

Nothing hurt with this deal. We didn't have a NT on the roster and even signing Raji we still need to bring in some depth and competition for the position. They should look at Terrance Cody from Bal.

The Packers just got the thing that supposedly doesn't exist ................ a BAD B.J.

He could play for nothing and this would be a negative for the team.
