"Nana" to me means either a slang term for your Grand Mother, or a slang term for a "banana"! So you can see why i was questioning it! :thumbleft: So......you are a girl??? (You are, if i understood your post right) I think it's GREAT that you are taking a part of "us" home with you! (I mean your love for the Packers!) |

I'd better change a name on the internet i guess, or you americans would think I'm a crazy old lady....lol Actually there are still some people from Taiwan who really enjoy watching football. Many of them know Packers earlier than I. (However, since I have this amazing forum....I get to know more than they do.... :thumbright: ) And yes....I'm a girl. Since you mentioned "banana," let me tell you something..... "BA" in Chinese can be a verb, meaning "hit on." After I came to US, if there are boys interested in me, my friends would say they want to ba nana...... |

Cheesey defined: 1. Marked by an obvious lack of style or good taste, of low quality. 2. Shabby, showing signs of advanced wear and tear and neglect. Synonyms: styleless, tasteless, unfashionable, unstylish. Related Words: incorrect, unbecoming, unseemly, unsuitable, wrong. :sign5: nana, your relating of "ba nana" was funny. I was fortunate to visit Taiwan ( a long time ago). Spent some time in Taipei and Kaohsiung. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

You forgot one, Vikesrule.
Cheesey: Odoriferious smell that emanates from one's body after consuming bad cheese, liverwurst, lousy Brats, bad beer, or the smell drifting across Lake St. Claire on days the Detroit Lions attempt to play football. :thumbright: |

LOL, this topic is getting more and more interesting....though has nothing to do with birthday nor Ryan Grant. I'm glad to know what Cheesey means. (So it has nothing to do with cheese? I thought it means "smelling like cheese"....not a bad thing, right? I like the smell of cheese....)
Actually, when I was in elementary school, the time kids like to laugh at other's name, they called me Madonna, since we have the same ending "na," and she's really famous. Now I feel lucky that I was born 25 years ago, or they would probably call me Hannah Montana right now.....
Anyway, Ryan Grant is 26 years old. My mom once told me that I could marry to foreigners as long as we won't have a kid that looks like a zebra in the future..... 8) |

A "zebra?" Hmm.........i guess you better not marry a referee then!!! :thumbleft:
As far as "smelling like cheese".........that CAN be good, if it's the right cheese! Some are PRETTY nasty smelling!
The "Cheesey" nickname also has something to do with the fact that I'm a "Cheesehead" (Wisconsinite, Packer fan) |
