Imagine if Drew Brees was on the ravens and Flacco on the saints. Which team would have probably had a better season? #s don't mean everything but they play their part to determine the quality of a player just as wins/losses have their meaning but often don't tell you everything.

With that defense, if Drew Brees were on the Ravens, they'd be the favorite to win the Super Bowl.

I really don't think Drew Brees would be enough alone for that offense though. Aside from a good running game they have a really bad O-Line and below average play makers, where in NO he has great players to make throws too. There's no doubt they'd be better, but I don't know how much.

You raise some good points, but I want to point out that except for Marques Colston, it's not as though Brees has elite talent at the wide receiver position down in New Orleans. Until I glanced at the roster just now, I'd never even heard of their other WRs.

Fun Fact: Brees threw more passes than any QB this year and had 0 1000+ yard receivers.

I'm doing my part to boost team revenue. Made sure to hit the Packer Pro Shop while I was in WI last week and I got a hoodie and a Rodgers jersey.

I fully expect everyone else on here to be sporting #12 by the start of the 2009 season.

The only jersey I have is an old Favre jersey. I need a new one. I'll probably ask for a Rodgers jersey for my birthday in September.

I'll be getting mine, maybe off of jersey101. I bought a Scottie Pippen throwback from there, it's still in great conditition. The football jerseys im a little skeptical about tho. If you look in the link, you can see at the bottom of the sleeve, it looks like there's a stretch band on it. I've seen people with those types of jerseys, I would not want one of those. Is it really that big of a deal?

What's the difference between an "authentic jersey" and a "replica jersey" anyway?

Thanks for the link, Bozz. I'm glad to finally have that confusion cleared up. I don't buy jerseys because I think they're ugly and kind of wannabeish. Plus when a player leaves the team, then it's time to buy a new one. I'll stick to my timeless, ratty old long- and short-sleeve Packers t-shirts and my gray sweatshirt with the Packers logo appliqued on.

I thought I was cursed for a while. First I had a Sharpe jersey and then a Newsome jersey. But I broke that trend.
