They got Favred this season and they're begging to get Favred next season too? Boy, Vikings fans are seriously masochistic. It's tragic.... but it does wonders for us sadistic Packer fans!

If by Favred you mean they had one of the best seasons in franchise history and were about 32 fumbles away from making a superbowl, I guess you're right.

Think vikes, your whole team and its fans are basically sucking Brett's "ego". That must suck you're apart of that. :thumbright:

Oh don't get your panties in a twist. I'm talking about the make-or-break moves that Favre pulls on a regular basis. Yes they had an amazing season. Favre was a huge part of it. But, he ended his team's last possession of the season with an interception on a bonehead throw.

True......if your goal is to get CLOSE to being in a Super Bowl, then "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!" :thumbright:

Gotta be in it to win it right?

Also, anyone who saw that game, i mean come on. Every drive was killed by a freaking fumble. Dirty hits on Favre. BS penalties at the end. If it makes people feel better to blame favre for it all, more power to ya.

I'm not an all or nothing kind of guy. Superbowl is great and all but I got to enjoy watching 18 games. It cant be ALL about getting a ring. It's entertainment for me. Seeing him sweep the packers means more to me than one superbowl game.

Hey....if that is what entertains you, so be it.
I myself, enjoy my team winning a Super Bowl.
But hey.....setting your goals low makes them MUCH more attainable!

Are you implying that I'm blaming the loss on Favre? Hardly.

GoPack1984 (5h) : Dismal season? I think that's too harsh.
uffda udfa (5h) : Packers should have never been 4-6. Dismal season.
GoPack1984 (5h) : ...with the current defense.
GoPack1984 (5h) : Good season. Great rebound from 4-6. Would have loved to have seen them go to the Super Bowl and win, but I don't know if that was realistic
uffda udfa (6h) : •thanks Shakespeare.
The_Green_Ninja (6h) : Mike at the end of the day is with the team every day and knows what is needed and not needed. Don't be surprised if Mike helps push the cha

Nonstopdrivel (6h) : ndedly fill in all the holes on the roster.
Nonstopdrivel (6h) : I do get the same sort of complacent vibe from the Packers front office that cost Bill Polian his job. You can't rely on the QB to single-ha
The_Green_Ninja (6h) : Thomas Brady has been given tools his whole career. It's up to the Packers to start doing the same.
The_Green_Ninja (6h) : As much as I loved brett, Aaron is right. We need more tools and HE is the QB that deserves the tools
shield4life (6h) : & management
shield4life (6h) : Blame the coaching
The_Green_Ninja (6h) : This is near the same time Brett started saying the same stuff.
uffda udfa (6h) : That is exactly what Aaron is saying. We don't do what needs to be done to win. Same song over and over.
uffda udfa (6h) : Aaron is a troll and a hater and doesn't understand the game. Who is he to say such things?
Zero2Cool (7h) : Probably reading into it wrong, but I think he's saying to front office. Do. More!
Zero2Cool (7h) : Rodgers says "We just gotta make sure we're going all-in every year to win....we can take a big step this off-season"
uffda udfa (7h) : MM: We ran into a buzzsaw today. LOL. U came with no tools at all.

uffda udfa (8h) : All credit to ATL. Not a word about needing to get better.
Zero2Cool (8h) : Ran out of talent, something we didn't have a plethora of on defense (my opinion)
uffda udfa (8h) : MM: Ran out of gas but proud of his guys.
