When I have issues with the site loading, I dismiss them as my own, that is why I appreciate it when members post those issues here, in this category so they are brought directly to my attention that I'm not the only one. I'm easy to please, I don't ask for much, but I expect top notch for you guys. I contacted the host and they responded with. Quote:Dear Kevin,
Thank you for contacting Online Support.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are currently aware of the issue and are working towards a resolution. Unfortunately, there is not a known time frame in which this issue will be fixed but we are working towards the quickest resolution possible.
We appreciate your patience while we look further into this matter for you.
Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.
Sincerely, Mike P. |

It was loading slow for me earlier today. It's fast again right now. |

I wouldn't be surprised seeing as I've split the DB and merged it back a few times.
The DB is over 100MB, probably 120 by now and that's a lot of data to go through and repair ... for someone like me anyhow.
I haven't had a timeout in quite awhile. Occasionally the site will load the main page slower than normal, but hasn't been obnoxious, as of yet. |

Yeah, I'm not sure what the deal is either. Sometimes it's 30 seconds, other times it can be five minutes or more. I haven't found any regularity to it. |

I've been experiencing no issues in quite a while. There were a few times where while submitting a post it took a few seconds. |

About once or twice a day it hangs.. not as frequent as it was for a while.
I mentioned it in [strike]chat[/strike] shout so it was known that it is a global 'thing' not an isolated individual 'thing'. |

I really don't want to find a new host, again. That was a pain. Why can't hosts just, not suck? |

I don't know if a 1MB upload would be sufficient though. I'd host the video's and everything on the same host server, but the DB queries would hit a box at my house to load the PHP pages. And I just reformated this machine with Windows 7, hmm. I may have to see if I can get IIS on here, or if Windows 7 Ultimate has it already. Oh shit, I'd need Apache for PHP wouldn't I? I might have to give you VNC access and just have you do it, lol. |
