Curious thing: I don't know why McCarthy punted at the end of the half with 1 second left. Schum could have just run around a little to end the half.
By punting if Dallas calls for a Free reception they could have tried a 70 yard field goal without time left. I don't think Bailey can make it from 70 but it would have been a fun thing to watch. Maybe Garrett doesn't know the rules...

And the dreaded spike, they lost a down and practically gave up their chance to win the game with a TD against a defense that clearly couldn't stop them. And not only that they left us those 35 seconds... Jason Garret if you called that spike you are guilty of the worst play of the year.

Half full:

Sideline catches. Cobb and Cook made some absurd catches on the sideline.

Micah Hyde. Great anticipation on the interception. Had a sack as well. One of the few bright spots on defense tonight.

Fuck Jerry. We beat Dallas in Dallas in the playoffs for the first time since the Lombardi era. Bring on those Cowtears. There are few teams in sport I hate as much or more. God damn it feels good to beat them.

NFC Championship Game. Fourth appearance in the last ten years. Who would've thought at 4-6? Let's make this one count.

Half empty:

Injuries. Again. Adams, Bakhtiari, and Burnett all go down. First two came back but really hoping there aren't any long term effects.

Christine Michael. Didnt get to play on offense. Had that fumbled kickoff return that gave us terrible field position.

I don;t really see the cowboys as choking even though they were at home and favored. GB opened the game with a good plan. GB however, nearly choked.
