As Packer fans, we can only hope that GB's greatest problem from the 2016 season is not going to be a problem again in 2017. The CB's have been in the glare of intense scrutiny, so bringing back Mr.House and drafting Mr.King shows a willingness to try to address the problem . Also the addition of Ahmad Brooks and Rickey Jean Francois , GB's management seems to be "getting it" this season.

On the Offensive side of the ball , my greatest concern is the O-Line and especially the RT position . Until Bulaga returns from his injury , I suspect that Murphy will try to fill his spot. Opposing teams will be targeting that position trying to get to Rodgers , so RB/FB blocking will be critical . I believe that GB will adapt and overcome to lead the league in points scored per game this season .

I believe that GB's Special Teams will be truly special this season . TD's , turnovers, etc. ...

11 - 5

Possibly even 12 - 4 if the Stars line up just right . [cool]

[cheers]

I went from 10-6 to 11-5 because the defense, I think , will be a tad better than I thought they would be 4 months ago.

10-6 Overall No idea if we win a game or games in playoffs (depends on team's QB)... no SB appearance, again but MM will call it a highly successful season because they made playoffs.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

Looks like I'm guessing us going 11 - 5

I wanted to split the Seahawks/Falcons games, the Ravens/Steelers games and the Vikings games and got to 11-5, but it included two back-to-back losses (Cowboys/Vikings & Steelers/Bucs), which didn't seem right... and losing to the Ravens and Bucs (which I'm thinking was more likely team wise, would be losing back to back home games, which also didn't seem right). So I adjusted it, as the Packers normally seem to struggle early in the season and get better as the season goes on.

So this guess, has them starting 0-2 against the speedy aggressive defenses... then losing to the vikings taking them to 3-3... when winning the rest with the exception of the Steelers and Panthers for a record of 11-5.

Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money
