Regarding the Vegas line, I guess they thought Cook would have a monster game?

I posted the tweet because when taken out of context, it looks like Rodgers being a gigantic asshole and shitting on the Vikings rookie CBs but I think he meant it as a diplomatic "They have potential, they just need seasoning" type of quotes (haven't watched any post game interviews).

Here’s something I was wondering about......the Packers second drive, all the way down to the Vikings one yard line.....they have this new beast (not our beast😁) running back Dillon, why didn’t they let him take a handoff at the one?
I know in the end it all worked out, but it would have been nice to see if the big guy could do it when called on.

Like it or not, Dillion is a 4th string RB right now, his main duties include STs. And his future potential is high, but right now with 2 proven RBs that know what they're doing and coaches trust, vs a rookie with no OTAs, limited training camp, no preseason games... all the rookies are buried on the depth charts.

Except Martin but he's injured, speaking of which UDFA Barnes took Martin's spot and Barnes reportedly (according to one source, in which I want more sources to confirm) Barnes only played 16 snaps, but he was one of the leading tacklers... um, I'm not sure if that's good or bad yet, as they might of been targeting him which made his numbers high, BUT from what I saw, he looked solid, including a GREAT open field tackle from a screen play, which if he missed the ball carrier had open space and blockers.

Also the Vikings DL was weaker, but they never really seemed to give the Packers too much trouble, even with two injuries, line reshuffling and a rookie playing. I think someone from PFF mentioned, how they didn't think people were giving enough credit to Jenkins who was expected to play LG this season, then went to RT and had no troubles, then mid game, had to switch back to LG, and no troubles, switching position at ease. Also Runyan stepping in and looking fairly good.

Though again, Vikings are trying to rebuild their CBs and retool their DL, so everyone thought they might have EA down year, except the cocky head coach whom gladly points out has never had a bad defensive year, some Minneapolis reporters seem to be kinda happy that their reasonable questions about the defense might be a concern, instead of the head coach, our defense will always be good, I'm in charge head coach line, as they didn't seem to appreciate the dismissal of the (IMO reasonable concern) questions.

I am shocked to see that Rashan Gary played 32 snaps.
I barely noticed him out there during the course of the game.
I didn't see Oren Burks at all.

But the Vikings offense was on the field less than 20 mins of the game, so that might of made it harder to remember

I didn't notice Burks or Summers, but then again, I feel like I can't remember any of the ST plays for yesterday other than the Ervin letting the kickoff go over his head (like he's supposed to when it's that deep into the end zone).

Mucky Tundra (1h) : To this day, I'm still miffed about his 4 TD game against Dallas on Thanksgiving going to waste
Martha Careful (2h) : Congratulations Sterling Sharpe. He was terrific and I loved watching him play.
beast (18h) : I believe it's technically against the CBA rules, but Jerry just calls it a simple unofficial chat... and somehow gets away with it.
beast (18h) : Jerry Jones is infamous for ̶n̶e̶g̶o̶t̶i̶a̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ chatting with players one on one... and going around the agent.
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Oo just saw a blurb saying that Dallas negotiated directly with Parsons and not through his agent
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I assumed that both guys will get paid, just a matter of when or how we get there
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : McLaurin nor Micah going anywhere. They will get money
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : the Synder years or do they take care of one of their own?
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Do the Commanders risk losing a top WR with an emerging QB just because he's turning 30 and potentially risk damaging the rebuild from
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : Turns 30 this September, plays at a high level and Washington has some cap space I believe
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : More interesting is Washington with Terry McLaurin
Mucky Tundra (1-Aug) : I would imagine Dallas will resolve this issue with a truckload of money
Zero2Cool (1-Aug) : Micah pulling a Myles with trade request

Mucky Tundra (30-Jul) : Zero, regarding Ewers, you are correct.
Zero2Cool (30-Jul) : Sadly, this might be our life for awhile. I could put it on another host, but seems it was slower, although more stable

Mucky Tundra (27-Jul) : @JacobMorley Shoutout to Quinn Ewers for allowing Matthew Golden to be available when Green Bay picked.
