The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to terms with free-agent C Jason Spitz (Packers) on a multi-year deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Unless guys knew that they didn't have a chance to stay on the roster, I don't see why so many are bolting when there's a good team in place to make a serious run at a championship again. Does Spitz really think he'll get to a Super Bowl with the Jaguars? Does Jackson really think he'll get there with the Browns? I've never been a football player so maybe it's just that these guys think they have a better chance at extending their careers playing the game by moving on to different teams and championships are more like icing on the cake.
