The whole secondary deserves an F for tonight.

I think in a way this is a snapshot of this season. The teams that are really dominating have shown different sides, but there is one glaring stat for New Orleans. They had the number 1 offense going in and going out. Their record doesn't reflect this feeling I have, but the stat does... and that feeling is that New Orleans is the offensive juggernaut that the Patriots were last year. They don't have a big five... it is their whole offense.

As much as I felt down on the Packers, I think the actual story of this game, is on the side of the Saints succeeding as an offensive beast that deserves the respect they should be and most certainly are now receiving.

Along with this game, watching the NFC north this year, even the wins feel weird to take in. Everyone had their shot at a limping AFC team and the Lions, but I truly feel that this is the worst division in football. I know the records are better than the NFC west but the major mediocrity going around here is very uninspiring.
Circular Arguments: They are a heck of an annoyance

True I guess, they are on pace to set a record number of passing yards. We still seemed outplayed to a degree I didn't think GB's D would let happen. They let their mindset change. After that first long TD they started reacting on D instead of dictating.

It's scary that at 5-6, Packers are only one game out.

The mental lapses by this team, game after game after game, have been such a disappointment this year.

We still did put up 21 points in the first half. If only our D could've done something...

I actually thought Woodson and Harris played okay, but the safeties were brutal and the LB's weren't much good either. The Saints mostly exploited the middle as well as running some deep routes where the safeties were late getting over to help.

I have to give Drew Brees some credit here though. He was on fire tonight. The play that stands out in my mind was where Woodson went for the INT on that short route and was left waving at air as Brees zipped it in there perfectly.

On the replay Woodson actually got a hand on that ball before Moore caught it. But I agree. It seemed like we were playing a lot more zone than necessary too.
