It's semantic but I don't consider a guy whose career is cut short by injury to be a bust. It is unusual for rookie lineman to step right in and play at starter caliber, and Sherrod got hurt before developing. So, too, did Harrel..the injuries that shortened his career were not the one he had in college that caused him to drop from the first round.

If we just go with 1st and second rounders, here are the last 10 Packer drafts:

Sherrod, Harrel and Murphy were all injured. Because of injuries, the book is out on last year's draft. Of the other 16, I see only Brohm, Jackson and Carrol as true busts. I would rank 6 of those as stars (Bold above). It gives me hope for Jones and Lacy as TT's track record is pretty decent overall.
