My understanding is after the new CBA, the deals are basically locked in minus how much is guaranteed vs. how much is not guaranteed, which is why all the signings are going so much faster.

I was going to say since the guy before and the guy two spots behind Ha Ha have signed, that it should be no problem... but sadly Johnny Annoying (they talk too much about him already) is right next to him and QBs have their way of getting more... so Ha Ha's agent might want to wait to see how much Johnny gets guaranteed.
