I never said he was so much better than the starters though in fact I specifically pointed out that his higher grade probably has a lot to do with the fact that he plays fresh and doesn't accumulate as many negative plays to bring his grade down. Even if he was playing so much better in his limited time than the starters it's hard to bench proven vets that are also playing well. If Perry had been playing the same but Peppers had just been mediocre or bad most of the time Perry probably would be starting right now and if he wasn't then yeah that would say more about the coaches. That being said there is no doubt that Perry is playing better than we've ever seen him play and he's making an impact and helping the defense pretty much every time he's out there. This isn't a bad problem to have or anything.
