The Packers travel to NE to play the Patriots in their first pre-season game. What do you expect to see happen? Will anyone stand out ?

After the game, what did you see in the game ?

Well I will just be looking for at least a couple players to flash... maybe a TE, LB, or DB.

My interest will focus on the D-line play. How will the starters and backups do ?

8-13 2015 will start the Packers Season. Can we view them with a "chat" here in this forum ? I hope so.
It will be a game of want-a-be's fighting for high paying jobs. However the measurement that will need to be evaluated is the heart displayed. It is the intangible that few bother to mention.

I feel, the FIRST and SECOND pre season games are the most interesting.. Especially with the ability we as fans have to record them and watch them back bit by bit during the week. It is so interesting to follow the rookies.

The THIRD game of the pre season is a tester.. kind of interesting. The FOURTH game of the preseason, for me, in my opinion, is not even worth watching.

This year with the talent The Packers have coming back, add to that the rookies and the guys who make the final cut.
I still think there will be plenty of talent on the field come the 4th game, those guys will be wanting to showcase themselves for the other 31 teams.
The fact that it is at Lambeau, this year, unlike others, the 4t4th game may be worth watching.

Glad preseason is finally here, now all this arguing over who stays and who goes can be worked out on the field.

I think we have a good idea of how Shields and Hayward are. I still go into this season very nervous about the depth of the DB position. This makes me interested to see how our rookie DBs can perform throughout the preseason. Randall has had a good camp but Rollins is still very raw. We've seen our DBs go down often, sometimes both starters at once. The back-up DBs are very important.
