With two games remaining, the NFL has announced that three Green Bay Packers have been named to the 2015 Pro Bowl. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, guard Josh Sitton, and inside linebacker Clay Matthews, have all been elected to participate in the January 31st event which will take place at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, HI. We've had a lot of individual players play well and the defense seems to be clicking more and more every game just by the slightest amount. I think they are better / more talented than their rankings give them credit for.
Circular Arguments: They are a heck of an annoyance

Otherwise this seems about right. I think Clay deserves it. He has sacrificed stats and accolade in his move to inside LB (but still make 3-4 impact plays per game and draws consistent double teams).

Both Sitton and Rodgers have not had their best seasons but still rank as elite players at there positions. I would have been fine with either Bulaga or Sitton.

I think Sam Shields has been near dominant when he been out there. I think he get lost in a numbers game. Crosby has also been great this year.

Never been a fan of pro bowl. It's a me first attention vote deal I feel. Packers won't be playing anyway cuz they'll be preparing for Super Bowl 50.

This is why i don't pay much attention to the Pro Bowl. I don't believe any of the 3 should have made it, this is all popularity. Rodgers stats wise is not in the top 6 qbs. Matthews is over rated. This is suppose to be about who is having a great year, not who is the most popular.
Just Imagine this for the next 6-9 years. What a ride it will be 🙂 (PS, Zero should charge for this)

Agreed Hazer. It seems like this is 100% fan vote. Daniels should have been selected, maybe Shields too. AR, no way, but CM3 I see. When I was younger I cared about this, but half those selected will back out by January anyway. It's an NFL prom court vote. They don't care, and I care even less.

Not sure who we would put in place of AR. His TD to Int ratio is still insane. I think we are guilty of knowing he is way better than he is playing. His blah play probably gets a pass because his lack of WRs as well.

Yes Bortles he has 50 more yards passing and 2 more TDS on a much worse team.

I would take Blake Bortles over Aaron Rodgers for the sole purpose of making it AFC NFC 3 a piece. Wilson, Newton and Palmer have been better quarterbacks than Rodgers this season. No, I wouldn't take any of them over Rodgers so you all can put your pitch forks down.

Zero2Cool (2-May) : May 3rd. Extension day for Jordan Love. (soonest)
Zero2Cool (1-May) : USFL MVP QB Alex McGough moved to WR. So that's why no WR drafted!
earthquake (1-May) : Packers draft starters at safety ever few years. Collins, Clinton-Dix, Savage
beast (1-May) : Why can't the rookies be a day 1 starter? Especially when we grabbed 3 of them at the position
dfosterf (1-May) : Not going to be shocked if Gilmore goes to the Lions.
dfosterf (1-May) : I hear you dhazer, but my guess would be Gilmore Colts and Howard Vikings from what little has been reported.
Mucky Tundra (30-Apr) : S learn from McKinney who learns from Hafley who learns from the fans. Guaranteed Super Bowl
Zero2Cool (30-Apr) : could*
Zero2Cool (29-Apr) : Safeties should learn from Xavier.
dhazer (29-Apr) : And what about grabbing a Gilmore or Howard at CB ? Those are all Free Agents left

dfosterf (28-Apr) : I personally interpret that as a partial tear that can be recovered from with rehab
dfosterf (28-Apr) : MLF said Kingsley Enagbare did NOT tear his ACL and did NOT require surgery, and that he is "looking good" for the 2024 season!

Mucky Tundra (28-Apr) : damn those vikings

beast (27-Apr) : OL – Donovan Jennings, USF OT – Trente Jones, Michigan
TheKanataThrilla (27-Apr) : Interesting draft. A bit shocked that we didn't select an early CB. Definitely have Safety help. Pretty happy overall.
dhazer (27-Apr) : wow the last 2 picks are really stupid and probably will be special teams players Top 10 draft pick next year book it
TheKanataThrilla (27-Apr) : I think he ended up with a terrible RAS score
