Packers cornerback Davon House was stuck in an airport and frustrated, so he did what many people do — he complained about it on Twitter. But what he ended up was a Lyft to another city. According to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com, some quick connections with some Twitter followers got House a ride home after...

Nice of the two guys to go out of their way like that but come on Davon, don't be so cheap especially if they just saved you $150,000. Some signed gear and $80? Round trip from Minneapolis to GB probably cost them $60 or more in gas depending on vehicle mileage. Not to mention "Stuck in the Airport". Hasn't he ever heard of Hertz, Avis, Enterprise? I've rented cars a few times when stuck in MN overnight.

Set the guys up with some game tickets, or at least a little more than $20 for their time.

The world needs ditch diggers too Danny!!!

Perhaps he could have gotten them Tix to a game but not at 3 am.
Since he has their names and Twitter account he can still do something else.

Hope he does follow up with them with tickets and maybe onto the field during warmups or something. Their time alone is worth that.

I end up sending them a gift card or something else that they can't turn down.

If I was Davon, for how far the two guys went out of their way, I would have given them a lot more than some signed gear and $80.

I doubt we will ever know if he or GBP Inc pony up tix for a game.

I don't know for sure, but the US Open is in southeast Wisconsin next week. So maybe the rental cars were reserved for players/fans of that tournament.
