An objective comment to 20-67 is that it's not gush worthy.

Another objective comment is our poor D can get job done vs. QBs like Flacco, Fitzpatrick and whomever Cleveland rolls out.

Another objective comment is it was an impressive win on road...Bears have played well there. A little alarming Trubisky had day he had but Hundley was down to 30 at RB and has no legit TE.

It's encouraging to see given we need 2-3 wins and got one today.

Ted Thompson sits on his hands per former GM: "because they’ve had 25 fricking years of great quarterbacks. Of course it works. Try it without a special quarterback."

Impressive win on the road without 33 and 88 for most of it.

Why the gushing for Jamaal Williams? 20-67 is not much of a day in the NFL.

Needed 2-3 wins. There's one. It takes playing a poor QB to get it but thankfully there's Flacco, Fitzpatrick and whomever Cleveland trots out. All beatable QBs. A chance.

Tell me how many times has GB gotten a first down running the ball on 3rd or 4th and 1? Williams did it.

Most of Williams yards came after contact. They were not easy, but he seemed to have key runs on key downs.

To assert 20-67 objectively quantifies William's performance is to assert that all 20-67 games by a RB are the same.

Of course, it requires remedial football acumen to know that a run game can be affected by an O-line's performance and/or whether the D is playing downhill expecting the run and/or playing with 6,7,8 or 9 men in the box; etc.

And because this analysis is closer to bat crap crazy then objective, you are wrong. William's performance today was not only "gush worthy," it was stellar.

Martha Careful (10-May) : 1. this is true of all our linemen. 2. His run block is fine. 3. If all OL played like he has, we would win SB.

Zero2Cool (9-May) : Packers have claimed DE Spencer Waege off of waivers from the 49ers and waived DT Rodney Mathews.

Zero2Cool (2-May) : May 3rd. Extension day for Jordan Love. (soonest)
Zero2Cool (1-May) : USFL MVP QB Alex McGough moved to WR. So that's why no WR drafted!
