My son and daughter-in-law had a son this evening.
What an ordeal they have been through. Logan is a fraternal twin. We lost his sister Lilly to Turner's Syndrome a few months ago. The pregnancy became high risk due to her death. My daughter-in-law carried both until today.
Because of the complications, the medical staff wanted to start the delivery process a couple of weeks early. So they headed to the hospital on Wednesday. My son was explaining that they would induce her but it was going to be a more gentle process so the baby could be born any where from Wed to Friday. I thought it seemed like too much of a window so I expected it to be Thur afternoon.
Logan didn't get here until very late Saturday evening.
We are all very excited. He is healthy and momma and son are doing very well.
